Cordavix is a SaaS platform for Discord server management: a fully hosted bot with moderation, leveling, economy, tickets, automations and more – optionally with your own bot token or as a white-label solution.

Current platform giveaways are listed at /giveaways. With a signed-in (and where required, verified) account you can enter directly on the website; the specific terms are shown on each giveaway page.

In the dashboard at /dashboard/bots you can create your own Discord application and store its bot token. Cordavix then runs the bot instance with your own branding.

Cordavix offers a free basic tier as well as premium subscriptions (Basic, Pro, White Label) billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Current prices are available at /pricing.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (e.g. credit card, plus additional payment methods supported by Stripe depending on your region). Cordavix itself never stores full payment card data.

You can cancel your subscription any time at /account/billing. It remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period and will not renew afterwards.

Bot tokens are stored exclusively encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the database, never in plain text. Only the bot instance can access them at runtime.

You can request deletion of your account at /account/delete. For your protection there is a grace period during which you can still revoke the deletion; afterwards your account is permanently deleted or anonymized.
