Free Features

One-Time Purchases

Individual add-ons can be purchased as a one-time purchase; they are not a subscription and do not renew automatically.

Payment Terms

Payments are made in advance via the payment provider Stripe using the payment methods offered there.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen term unless canceled before the end of the current period.

Plan Changes

You may change your plan at any time in the dashboard; differences are prorated.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Suspension

In case of violations of these terms, we may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts or individual features.

Customer Bots

Customers may connect their own Discord applications with their own bot token; Cordavix operates and hosts the bot instance.

Responsibility for Own Bot Tokens

You are responsible for the secure handling of your own bot credentials (client secrets) outside the platform.

White Label

In the white-label tier, the bot instance can be operated with your own branding (name, avatar, activity).

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; see the status page for current incidents.

Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on the status page where reasonably possible.

Warranty

Data Export
