/apply
Applications that land straight in your review channel
/apply opens a form as a Discord modal, the answers arrive as an embed in the review channel - your team decides with one click on Accept or Reject, including automatic role assignment.
How the application system works
Only active forms show up in the picker
The form option on /apply suggests only the server's enabled forms via autocomplete; if a form is disabled or deleted, the bot says so right away instead of opening an empty modal.
A modal with up to five fields, short or long
Discord modals allow at most five input fields per form; depending on the field type, a single-line or multi-line text box opens, each with its own required status and character limit.
A lock while pending, a cooldown after rejection
Anyone with an open application for a form can't apply again; after a rejection, the cooldown configured on the form additionally applies in days before a new application is possible.
A review post with Accept/Reject in the channel
After submitting, the bot posts the answers as an embed in the configured review channel - the "✅ Accept" and "❌ Reject" buttons only respond to members with the Manage Server permission.
A decision grants roles and sends a DM
On approval, the applicant automatically gets the roles configured on the form plus a DM; a rejection also sends a DM - the same decision can be made from the dashboard just as well.
Applications are unlocked from the PRO plan.
An application process that organises itself
Applications are part of the Pro plans - enable them from the dashboard at any time.
