A voice channel that creates and cleans up itself
Whoever joins the hub channel automatically gets their own voice channel with a control panel - the member sets the name, limit, lock and bitrate themselves, and the channel deletes itself the moment it's empty again.
Depiction: a member connects to the hub channel "➕ Create channel"; right after, a new temporary voice channel appears in the channel list, named after the scheme "🔊 {user}", where {user} stands for the member's display name.
How Temp-Voice works
Joining the hub triggers the whole chain
The moment a member joins the hub channel, the bot immediately creates a new voice channel using the name template (default "🔊 {user}"), automatically moves the member into it, and posts a message there with the control panel.
Eight buttons instead of Discord permissions
On the channel itself the owner only gets View and Connect - everything else runs through the panel's eight buttons: Name, Limit, Lock/Unlock, Hide/Show, Bitrate and Claim.
Claiming only works once the owner has left
If the original owner is no longer in the channel, a remaining member can take over panel ownership via "Claim" - if the owner is still there, the bot declines.
An empty channel deletes itself
The moment the last human member leaves the channel, the bot deletes it right away along with its database entry - bots in the channel don't count.
Limits stay within the server's own bounds
The default user limit ranges from 0 (unlimited) to 99, and the bitrate can only be raised up to the server's boost-based ceiling - both adjustable via the panel buttons.
