Using the dashboard
The Cordavix dashboard is the central interface for managing servers, bots and your account. This guide gives you an overview of how it is structured.
Server list
After signing in you land on "Your servers" – an overview of all Discord servers on which you hold the "Manage Server" permission. Servers with the bot installed show a "Manage" button; servers without the bot show an "Add bot" button.
Server area
When you select a server, you enter its individual settings area with several sub-pages, including:
- Settings: language, time zone, embed colour, bot nickname,
log/welcome channel, moderator roles.
- Modules: enabling/disabling the available features (moderation,
tickets, AutoMod, level system, economy, automations and much more).
- Moderation & AutoMod: case management, escalation levels, automatic
rules.
- Tickets, applications, verification: panel and form editors.
- Levels & economy: configuration of XP, roles, shop and leaderboard.
- Statistics: server metrics such as messages, joins and voice time
(retention period depends on the plan).
- Premium: the server's current plan, upgrade options.
Every sub-page saves changes server-side and records them in the server's audit log, so it remains traceable who changed what and when.
Account area
Independently of individual servers, under "Account" you manage your profile, email address and password, two-factor authentication, active sessions, linked accounts (Discord), billing address, subscriptions, purchases, as well as data export and account deletion.
Custom bots
Premium customers from Pro upwards will find the management of their connected Discord applications under "Custom bots": setup wizard, start/stop/restart, logs, as well as security-relevant settings such as token management.
Navigation & response time
All changes in the dashboard take effect server-side immediately; the bot usually notices configuration changes within a few seconds, since settings are actively invalidated after saving. Should you come across an error message, the dashboard will show you a specific hint wherever possible rather than a generic error – in that case, also take a look at the guide "Common errors".
Mobile use
The dashboard is built responsively and can also be operated on smartphones and tablets; for more extensive configuration work we nevertheless recommend a larger screen.
