Buying Premium

Cordavix offers several plan tiers with an increasing range of features – from the free entry level all the way to White Label. This guide shows you how to take out a subscription for a server.

1. Choose a plan

On the pricing page (/pricing) you can see all available plans including the limits and features they include, side by side. Alternatively you can upgrade directly in the "Premium" section of a server in the dashboard – there you are shown immediately what the server's current plan already covers.

2. Assign a server

A subscription is always assigned to a specific Discord server – during checkout you choose which of your managed servers the upgrade should apply to. A server always benefits from its highest active tier if several entitlements come together (for example through an additional manual assignment).

3. Choose a payment option

At checkout you can choose between monthly and annual billing – paying annually is usually cheaper. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider Stripe; Cordavix itself does not store any payment details such as card numbers.

4. Redeem a voucher code (optional)

If you have received a discount or voucher code, you can enter it directly in the checkout form – the preview shows you the adjusted price straight away, before you pay. You will find details on this in the "Redeem a voucher" guide.

5. Activation

Premium is activated exclusively server-side via the payment confirmation from our payment provider – never by a browser-side claim alone. As a rule the new tier is active within a few seconds of a successful payment.

Invoices and management

Under "Account → Billing" you will find all your invoices as well as your active subscriptions. You can also update your payment method via the payment provider's customer portal.

Without payment provider configuration

If our payment provider should ever not be configured for technical reasons, the dashboard responds honestly at checkout with a corresponding notice instead of feigning a payment process that does not work.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time – you will find details on this in the "Cancel subscription" guide.
